Thibo David is a self-defence instructor, professional fighter, and a strength, conditioning and mind coach.

He wanted a site that would let him reach new clients — particularly in the corporate field — through mind conditioning, physical training and athletic engagements. He already had a site, but it needed a complete overhaul. He also wanted wider reach and ranking through his own content: vlogs, blogs, free video training.

The project started with a needs assessment: how the client wanted his site to look and feel.

Wireframes and mock-ups

We sent the client a wireframe along with mock-ups of each page. One by one they were approved or came back with feedback — on style, positioning, colour, type.

That step cut the time the project took. The mock-ups let the client picture the finished site and decide how to proceed, so while there was some back and forth, it never held things up.

Content

A site is nothing without relevant content, and Thibo was willing throughout. He sent images, videos, and links to his other channels — Instagram, Flickr, YouTube — so there were options for what to bring together.

The text was written internally by our operations team rather than outsourced, which kept it controllable and got it finished inside a reasonable turnaround.

Putting it together

With every piece of content in, the lot went to the developer for build, along with a video explaining what belonged where. Every action had a detailed instruction behind it, to protect both the quality and the timescale.

Going live

Once the site was finished and the client had approved it, the draft was switched to live — replacing the old site on his active domain.
